Time and Space – The Reality of Your Market

The two essentials of your market are “time and space.” Is it the right time for your customer to be attracted to your service/product offer? It is not often that startups are too late. It is much more likely that the entrepreneur who masterminded this new venture is forward looking, rather than late to the starting gate. Unfortunately, “the early bird does not always get the worm!” The bird has to be in the right place and at the right time to get the worm. Regardless of how great your business model is, you must aim to the most receptive market at its most vulnerable time. The right product at the wrong time is not a path to success. Even though it works and the world needs it; is the world ready for it? Are the investors ready for it? Are the environmental lobbyists ready for it? If only it were so easy! We could all be successful entrepreneurs.
